Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our dynamic, well-established business who have a long history of success. Due to business growth, they are now looking for an additional Project Manager to join their busy team.
This is a fast-paced environment where customer service is paramount.
You will deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of stakeholders including suppliers, customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for the entire Project Management cycle from brief right through to delivery to the customer.
The company operate a very open, honest culture where decision-making is quick and everyone works together as a team for the good of the customer.
Key requirements of the Project Manager
Strong product project management skills and experience essential
Be a competent/advanced user of Excel (Vlook ups, split cells and formulas)
Have superb attention to detail
Can communicate with clarity at all levels
Be detail orientated and want to make the customers' life easy
Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication skills
Organised and can prioritise workload
Analytical and outcome focused
Can demonstrate strong customer relationship building skill
Responsibilities of the Project Manager
Project Management and full ownership of the critical path for each project
Customer Process from initial tender process through to product launch
Supplier Management, both in the UK and abroad
Financial Management – have strong understanding of P&L, retail grids and value propositions
Process improvement
Reporting – using internal tools such as Monday.com
Stakeholder Management – working closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers
Risk & Challenge Management
