Summary
We are recruiting for an exciting new role for a well-established company based in central Mansfield.
This role would suit a confident individual with strong communication skills and the willingness to work in all weathers! Someone Keen, vibrant, with vigour.
Duties & Responsibility:
• Travel to external sites to access contents
• Internally train staff
• Liaise with external clients with the ability to act both
• Adopt a professional and empathetic approach to sensitive situations
• Develop action plan to approach site jobs and issues
• Lead, develop and motivate a small team of content handlers
Skills & Experience:
• Clean UK driving license is essential
• Proven Team Leader experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable organisational capabilities, the ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to motivate and lead a small team
• Be reactive to the situations and the environment around you
