What to expect
As a People Projects Co Ordinator you will join us on our journey and delivery of a high-quality service to meet the agreed Service Specification for Post Office and have an in depth understanding of the end-to-end process.
You will be established and maintain excellent working relationships with all colleagues in Post Office and be prepared to work in a different service area / product team / location to deliver business or PSSC priorities.
This role offers you an exciting opportunity to be responsible for ensuring compliance with any specific legislative, regulatory, or contractual requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have experience of managing customer relationships. As a People Projects Co Ordinator, you will demonstrate the delivering to demanding deadlines as well as delivering services to a wide range of customers. You will:
• Ensure that key service measures are captured, and service failures, non-compliance or incidents are logged as per business requirements.
• Ensure that work instructions and process maps are kept up to date.
• Ensure that all control checks are delivered timely and accurately and maintaining a audit trail as directed in the PSSC Control manual
• Be flexibly in approach to meet customer requirements often to demanding timescales.
• Contribute effectively at team meetings, discussions, 121’s, and weekly Team Talk.
• Understand and comply with all Legal Requirement and business policy for your designated product area.
• Take ownership of all personal development, deliver agreed personal objectives and record on the performance management system.
