Summary
My client based in Newton Aycliffe is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team on a temp to perm basis
Due to the nature of the role and the needs of the business, the suitable applicant should have some previous supervisor/team leader experience in a warehouse environment
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Rate: £14 - £14.50ph
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm
Role: Immediate start for the right candidate, temp to perm opportunity

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a small team of existing operatives
- Adopting a hands on approach to the role including manual labour
- Reporting issues to senior management
- Driving Counterbalance and Reach trucks on a daily basis (licences must be valid)
- Ensuring a smooth logistics process between orders and delivery
- Tracking deliveries and following up with any queries
- Inventory management in a busy warehouse environment
- To have a full UK driving licence (you will need to be over 25 with no more than 6 points on your licence)
- To have a good understanding of health and safety
