Working under the guidance of a Michelin-trained Head Chef and a talented team, the role demands high standards without unnecessary complexity.

The dessert menu has a tasty selection of classic and modern desserts and prove popular with customers with plenty of room to develop ideas

The Head Chef is looking for somebody with previous pastry experience, this could be a trained Pastry Chef or a Chef de Partie from main kitchen that enjoys pastry and wants to build up their pastry skills

Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Colsterworth, Bourne, or possibly Oakham area with their own transport
