See job description and personal Specification for full details To participate in the provision of the pharmacy clinical trials service at Royal Brompton Hospital and Harefield Hospital sites. As a member of the Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team (PCTT), to undertake clinical trial set-up and provide continued support for the running and maintenance of current trial activity. To provide clinical trial support and advice to other areas within pharmacy, e.g. dispensary, clinical services and to the research teams. As a PCTT member, deliver day-to-day running of the clinical trials dispensing service and to ensure that clinical trials are supplied and monitored according to agreed governance framework and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). To maintain and enhance effective working partnership with clinical trial partners, site investigators, research personnel, the Research Office, and other support services to provide a comprehensive process for delivering the Pharmacy Clinical Trial Service. To contribute to ensuring appropriate governance arrangements in relation to accountability and management of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) across the Trust. To ensure that, through the provision of pharmacy services to patients and carers, there is safe and effective use of medicines.
