Key Responsibilities:

Ensure tanks are cleaned and prepared to receive liquids.
Perform quality checks on products prior to intake.
Accurately manage liquid flow while maintaining full traceability.
Collaborate with the Filtering Operator to plan product destinations and sequence.
Organize the intake of liquids (filtered and/or with necessary additions) to ensure readiness for the packaging line.
Mix soft drinks following documented recipes, including necessary adjustments, ensuring timely availability for the packaging line.
Conduct quality checks on products, comparing against reference samples and performing basic lab tests (e.g., Brix, TA, pH, and density).
Filter liquids per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure readiness for packaging.
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations throughout the shift.
Manage stock control, storage, and labelling of all wet ingredients.
Maintain housekeeping standards for a clean and safe workplace.
Make informed decisions in line with the company’s organizational structure.
Perform quality and process checks across all responsibilities, requiring a keen eye for detail.


Hours:

Weekly rotating shifts:
6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday (a reasonable amount of flexibility and overtime may be required).
