Job Responsibilities:
- Design, Build, Configure and supportPegaBusiness application in the HR Operations Center product to meet business process and application support requirements
- Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering technical solutions on virtual environments usingPegaPRPC, especially within thePegacustomer services Framework
- Understand application architecture, worked in deploying Chatbots & Virtual Assistants usingPEGAplatform.
- Proven experience in integrations withPEGA& other HR Applications through Rest or other APIs
- Experience in performing Impact Analysis Incident Monitoring, reporting & Analysis
- Has worked in the Agile framework & guiding the other Product Team members withinPEGAplatform
- Maintain a highly scalable architecture that supports high volume of business transactions and meeting/exceeding performance expectations.
Technical skill :
- PEGA CSSA / PEGA LSA
- JAVA programming with REST APIs
- Understand rulesets and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with standards
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or above
- Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica / Microsoft SSIS
Databases:
- Oracle 11g
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016
- MySQL
Batch tools:
- AirFlow
API Tools:
- ReadyAPI
- Postman
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree or above
