Summary
Position available for a multi skilled tradesman
Must have driving licence
Must have at least three years experience in the construction industry.
Must be able to work on their own and as part of a team.
Must have knowledge of Health and Safety.
Must be willing to wear uniform.
Own hand tools essential.
Must have good knowledge of using power tools.
Working in customer environment so good communication skills essential.
We are a fast paced building and property maintenance company so a good base of building knowledge is essential i.e ground works, bathrooms, kitchens, pointing, brickwork and be able to assist trades on site.
The preferred candidate will be hardworking, flexible, reliable and trustworthy.
Must be 21 years or over
Immediate start available for the right individual.
