My client, a Call Centre based in Par Cornwall, is seeking new Call Centre Agents to support their outbound and inbound teams.
This is a temporary, on-going position, with weekly pay.
What we offer:
• Salary: £11.44 an hour. You also accrue Holiday pay
• Weekly pay.
• Commission.

• TRAINING DAY OVER THE NEXT TWO WEEKS

Outbound Sales – starting immediatly
The shifts need to be 11 til 8 or 12 til 9
Ideally minimum of 4 days a week including one day at the weekend.
This role contains bonuses.
As a call centre agency, you will be doing:
• Making outbound calls, seeking charity donations
• No cold data, all warm data & contacts that have requested a call
There also will be training through the company and what they do, call scripts etc, how the payment and phone systems work for outbound calls and donations for campaigns etc.
You will need to be:
• Sales experience would be desirable
• Committed to your work
• Open Minded
• Confident on the phone
