We are currently recruiting for a leader in premium woodwork manufacturing, known for quality craftsmanship and innovative solutions. Our client takes pride in delivering exceptional products and are seeking three motivated individuals to join a skilled workshop team in Blackburn.

Job Description:
We are currently hiring three Bench Joiner / Assemblers to support busy workshop operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with woodworking knowledge who take pride in their craftsmanship and are eager to develop skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate woodworking machinery such as Bench Routers, Belt Sanders, Cross Cut Saws, 4-Sided Planers, Band Re-Saws, and 7-Cutter Moulding Machines (training provided).
• Assist senior Wood Machinists with machine setup and operation.
• Back off machines and stack timber efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills under supervision.

Requirements:
• Prior experience or knowledge of the woodworking environment is desirable.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
• Pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Working Hours:
• 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
• Two 15-minute breaks (am & pm) and a 30-minute lunch break (unpaid).

Salary:
• £11.44 - £12.50 per hour starting salary (dependent on experience)
