Summary

We pride ourselves on traditional values of family practice with all of the facilities of modern healthcare such a Skype / Facetime and electronic remote prescribing. We continue to work from the adjacent house to where we were founded. As a Telephonist you will be responsible for answering the telephone, accurately taking and relaying messages efficiently and ensuring the smooth transition of calls are met and patient needs are taken care of. You will be the first point of contact Alongside primarily answering calls you will aid in helping the Receptionists tackle administrative task such as contacting patients to book in appointments and relay messages to Patients from the GP Telephonist - Skills & Experience - Must possess an excellent telephone voice - Have an outgoing personality and enjoy customer contact - Confident and polite telephone manner with an excellent command of the English language. - Ability to deliver excellent patient service - Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with patients at all levels - Ability to work in a team environment
