Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Potato Grader to join our team. The Potato Grader will be responsible for sorting and grading harvested potatoes to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sorting and Grading: Inspect and classify potatoes based on size, quality, and any defects. Ensure that only the best quality potatoes are selected for sale.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular checks to maintain high standards of quality and report any issues to the Farm Manager.
• Operation of Equipment: Safely operate grading machines and other related equipment. Perform basic maintenance checks as needed.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or incidents to the Farm Manager immediately.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.

• The position requires standing for extended periods and manual handling.
