Job Title: Care Assistant (Day & Night Shifts)
Location: Teddington & Richmond
Salary: £11.44 - £14.85 per hour
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care?
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team, working both Day Shifts and Night Shifts in Teddington and Richmond.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities including personal care, meals, and mobility.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Follow care plans and report any changes in the resident’s condition.
Work effectively within a team and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
A compassionate and patient approach to care.
Ability to work both day and night shifts.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
A genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives.
