Our client based in Ollerton is currently looking for a new member to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
The role is Monday to Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm, Friday 7.30am-1.30pm
Your duties:
• Setting up, adjusting and operating car parts using various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drills, linishers and other grinders.
• Examine parts, blueprints and engineers’ drawings
• Working closely with Production and Engineering Managers in order to exchange and implement information and processors.
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Maintain all machine tools and equipment
Experience:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Experience OR knowledge of using various machine tools, such as lathes, cylindrical grinder, milling machines, drills, linisher and other grinders
• Producing, fabricate, modify and repair mechanical components
• Dismantling, cleaning and lubricating machine tools and equipment
