What you'll be doing:

As a Process & Payment Advisor, you’ll be responsible for processing pre-paid funeral plans from receipt of an application to activation of the plan. You’ll take personal accountability for the plan throughout the process, allocate the plan to a funeral director where applicable and deal with any complications with the plan. You’ll schedule and take payments from plan holders, respond to calls relating to plans and report on the status of plans.
