The role:
Our services department is one that capsulizes a great team of multi-disciplinary roles that all contribute to our arcade industry. We have an exciting opportunity in this services department to join the Bandai Namco family as a Field Service Assistant in the London area. As a field service assistant, you will be involved in every aspect of providing our key accounts with a professional service; attending sites for monetary collections, carrying out cleaning and preventative maintenance, perform machine assessments and log or replace aesthetic components and most importantly, playing the games to make sure they’re fun and functional!
REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
Perform monetary collections where required and handle cash responsibly according to BNAE standards at sites in your designated region.
Cleaning and maintaining arcade machines including carrying out preventative maintenance, replacing aesthetic components, ensuring all labelling is up to standard and report any witnessed security or mechanical faults to the engineering team.
To communicate regularly and effectively with your Regional Service Manager and Supervisor, working to the Rota produced by them on a monthly basis.
Keep organised with administrative tasks and maintain effective communication via email and other platforms where used.
Build a rapport with site Staff/Managers and continue to develop the company’s business with its existing major customers and future prospects.
Perform ad hoc duties reasonably requested by your Regional Manager/Supervisor.
