Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our busy and friendly HR team in central Swansea (Walter Road).

This role will be responsible for managing the Corporate Induction Programme including scheduling, delivery, and regular evaluation, updating the material to ensure it supports our organisational vision and values and is aligned with our on boarding process. With your customer focused approach, you will also provide a professional HR support service and assist in the smooth running of the team.

Strong IT skills are essential for this role, along with excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities. A formal advanced-level qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, or commitment to undertaking study is required. A full UK driving licence is also required.
