Summary
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) £25 per hour
Here at Phoenix, we are looking for a highly motivated nurse to deliver top quality care and support within our nursing homes. If successful, you will join a friendly, dedicated team, and some of your responsibilities will consist of planning, implanting, and evaluating care plans for residents under their care.
To be considered for this role you must:
• Have a registered General Nurse or Mental Health qualification (RGN/RMN)
• Have an active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
• Have a clear DBS
The job role:
• Safely administering and recording of medication
• Ensuring effective rotas are in place
• Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard
• Completing physical/psychological assessments of residents
• Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers
• Updating care plans daily
• Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual’s needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy and respect
