Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking a General Maintenance & Site Security Support, to work at our well-known client based in Mansfield!!
Our ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license, the ability to work under pressure, previous experience in a security based role, general maintenance experience, and be prepared to carry out a DBS check, if you do not already have one.
The primary duties of this role are security based...
Site Security; Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring authorised personnel access only. Conduct regular security patrols to deter and detect any suspicious activity, and respond to any security incidents, investigating disturbances. Patrolling various sites over the industrial estate. However, when required will also include general maintenance; To support the day to day operations of the facilities maintenance department, helping to maintain the standards of the sites buildings, grounds and fixtures, including maintenance and plumbing duties. To carry out duties in accordance with regulations as stipulated by statutory bodies e.g. health and safety and internal procedures. To carry out ongoing preventative maintenance to buildings on a rotational basis. To maintain the grounds of the buildings. Working hours:
2 Shifts Available; 1 x 5:30am - 1:30pm Monday - Friday 1 x 1:30pm - 10pm Monday - Friday Possibly a potential to rotate shifts!
Pay rate: £12.81 per hour - time and a half after 40 hours worked if OT available
