Summary
Title: Dispatch Assistant / Labourer We are currently recruiting for our client in Preston for a pallet wrap/labouring operative.This role would be ideal for someone wanting to begin a career in warehousing or a first job.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently wrap pallets to ensure stability and protection during transportation. Inspect and maintain wrapping equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and ensure timely dispatch of goods. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
