Internal Recruiter
Permanent and full-time
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
8:30-17:00 working hours (can be flexible)
Hybrid working after probation
Key duties
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process
- Writing and leading competency based interviews
- Generating candidate leads using a variety of sourcing methods
- Communicating with candidates to maintain relationships
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience
- Use and analyse psychometric test and other interview tools
- Get involved in recruitment campaigns
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role
- A passion for people and communication
- A UK driving license and access to own vehicle
