Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £11.44 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Berties Ice Cream Kiosk Team Member you’ll be a key part of creating memorable moments for our guests, one scoop at a time.
We are seeking an Ice Cream Parlour Superstar, where you’ll serve up smiles and sweet treats every day! We’re looking for someone who’s as excited about ice cream as we are, someone who can craft the perfect scoop, whip up dreamy sundaes, and make milkshakes that keep our guests coming back for more
Key Responsibilities
- Scoop, prepare, and serve ice cream, sundaes, and milkshakes with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting customers with flavour choices and answering questions about menu items.
- Keep the counter, service areas, and seating area clean and organised, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and a positive, fun atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in Fast Food, Retail or QSR, if not we will provide the training and support required.
- Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
To meet the requirements of the role, candidates must be 18 years and over. A full UK driving license is required also.
