Summary
To promote an ethos of excellent customer service to all users of Libraries. Provide support to the Trusts Library Information and Knowledge service (LIKS) to ensure the provision of a comprehensive and high quality service to Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust staff, students on placements and other authorised users.
