Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to the Principal to join the College's Customer Services Support Team.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to the Principal and providing wider administrative support to other College managers. They will be joining a small team of Executive Assistants and will be responsible for activities such as managing a diary, including making appointments and arranging internal and external meetings, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing letters, reports and other documents, attending meetings, taking minutes, creating agendas and action plans and liaising with key stakeholders such as Governors, funding agencies, awarding bodies, partners and other organisations.
The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support to a senior manager, excellent administrative and organisational skills, the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, good oral and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
