Summary
The Cake Crew in Bala are recruiting for production operatives.
Day shift 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Starting rate is £11.70 per hour (£24,488.10 per year).
Day shift 10am - 10pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Starting rate is £11.70 per hour (£24,488.10 per year).
From 1st April 2025 pay rate increases to £12.44 - £13.00 per hour.
Candidates must have a basic level of spoken English and the right to work in the UK. This role does not qualify for sponsorship. Training and development pathways are provided to ensure your development and advancement opportunities.
