Assistant Stage Manager (Cover)
Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for a full-time experienced, Technical Assistant Stage Manager to work on the London production of STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW.
Written by Kate Trefry, an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne and Kate Trefry, directed by Stephen Daldry, co-directed by Justin Martin for the Phoenix Theatre and produced by Netflix and Sonia Friedman Productions – running in the West End since November 2023.
Previous experience as a Technical Assistant Stage Manager on a busy show is essential. Skills required include attention to detail, the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy live production environment and good all-round technical skills.
Your duties and responsibilities will be those normally expected of a Technical Assistant Stage Manager on a first-class West End production and include holding the Stage Manager role when the Stage Manager is unavailable.
