Summary
The position is intended to be diverse and very business orientated in the sense that you'll be responsible for day to day running the hotel, dealing with inquiries, new business opportunities and other ad-hoc issues.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel
o Manage Hotel Availability and Pricing to maximise profits
o Maintain the Standards of the facilities and improve them where possible
o Customer relationships:
Searching for new opportunities
Dealing with customer Complaints
Ensure that front of house and room cleaners are all operating smoothly
General Upkeep
o Email Marketing, Social Media and direct mailing monthly/weekly basis to ensure that the brand and the awareness of the hotel grows
o Restaurant
Managing the kitchen
Managing the menu's
General Upkeep
o Staff Management
Rotas,
Staff training
o Managing hotel is a 24/7 job. If any problem arises, you want to be the first person that they call.
