Summary
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for Dispatch Packing Operatives to join our specialist metal stockholder client!
As a Dispatch Packer, your duties would include:
• Organising goods in / goods out
• Locating and moving stock
• Stamping billets with precision and accuracy
• FLT licence / experience is essential (Reach and/or Counterbalance B1)
• This job is 60% manual packing, 40% FLT duties
An ideal candidate would look like:
• Previous experience order picking / using a picking system
• Looking for long-term work with solid work history
• Looking for a settled career
• Job hoppers will not be considered
Hours and pay:
• Rotational shifts – early days and mid shifts
• £12.64ph starting rate, overtime at increased rates
• Overtime paid (x1.5 in the week and Saturday's - x2 Sundays & Bank Holiday's)
