Summary
We're looking for a dynamic Audio Visual Managing Coordinator to oversee AV operations and deliver an exceptional user experience. The focus of this role is on operational excellence, ensuring a seamless and high -quality AV experience for all users.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Deliver and maintain high AV service standards, implementing best practices across the team.
-Work closely with the Head of AV to provide updates, resolve concerns, and oversee the progress of outstanding tasks.
-Provide administrative support to the Head of AV.
-Respond promptly to AV related queries, logging service requests and managing follow-ups.
-Ensure all AV-equipped rooms, are fully functional and ready for use.
-Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and resolve AV or facility issues proactively.
-Provide support for user training sessions across all regional offices as needed.
-Assist with projects, including documenting minutes during calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Experience in customer-focused roles, particularly in AV or IT.
-Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
-Experience with the ServiceNow system and booking platforms like the EMS system for task management and reporting.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and AV solutions, including Teams and other video conferencing systems.
-Understanding of AV setups and equipment across diverse event spaces.
-Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
-Health and Safety certification (e.g., IOSH) is preferred but not essential.
-Avixa CTS certification and Project Management qualification would be advantageous.
