The service manager will form part of the senior leadership team and play a key role in driving the success and strategic development of our community mental health service with a particular focus on ICan service .You will be responsible for developing and managing the delivery of high quality services, overseeing staff and volunteers, producing insightful reports and building and maintaining strong eternal relationships. Whilst ensuring the voice and influence of people who use the service are at the heart of decision making, including the development of co production initiatives. You will ensure our practitioners have the support and guidance they need to deliver safe and effective services. Alongside you will be delivering low level phycological therapy, trauma informed interventions and evidence based techniques, to include supported self help.
