Summary
Calling all experienced care assistants, we want to hear from you! We have the opportunity for **FLEXIBLE HOURS and WEEKLY PAY**.
The care home is located in a beautiful location of Derbyshire with lovely views and a rural feel to the home. There will be up to 40 elderly residents within the home that each have a personalised care plan and likes and dislikes to be catered to.
Duties include:
- Reporting fluid intake
- Complying with requirements of the home
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Toileting/strip washing and bed bathing the service users
- Providing companionship to the residents
- Conducting moving and handling tasks including the use of hoists and walking/mobility aids
- Helping with general home care and domestic duties

To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of you will need:
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
This position offers ongoing hours.
The typical hours to work from Monday to Friday are;
07:00 to 14:30
14:30 to 22:00
07:00 to 22:00
22:00 to 07:00
You will be paid:
£11.65 per hour (Days)
£12.15 per hour (Nights)
