Are you a creative and inspiring educator? Join our dynamic Digital and Professional Enterprises team as a full-time lecturer in Business Management and Enterprise. You'll help further develop the T-Level programme in a supportive and innovative teaching environment. Guide the next generation of entrepreneurs towards exciting business careers.

Key knowledge, skills and experience we are looking for:

  • A passion for business and the ability to engage and inspire students
  • An in-depth and practical knowledge of business strategy and implementation
  • Creative use of new technologies to help students to learn and progress
  • A reflective practitioner with the ability to adapt content delivery to the strengths and needs of all students

Our current study programme offer includes:

  • Level 3 T-Level in Team Leadership & Management
  • Level 3 T-Level in Law: Crime, Criminal Justice and Social Welfare
  • Level 3 T-Level in Marketing (new for Sept '25)
  • Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Events Management & Visitor Economy
  • Level 2 T-Level Foundation in Business Management
  • Level 1 Introductory Diploma in Vocational Studies

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Continually develop their practice, sharing what works best with their team

Taking Teaching Further

The College actively engages with the Education & Training Foundation's Taking Teaching Further scheme to recruit industry professionals to teach within Further Education.

As industry professionals offer our students industry experience and insight we support our unqualified teachers to learn 'on the job'. You will be given full support throughout your development to fully qualified teacher status. Whilst in employment you would be enrolled onto the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. After completion you can choose to move be onto our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification. This is a great way for experienced professionals to achieve a recognised teaching qualification whilst in employment.
