In this role, you will:

* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across departments to develop innovative performance improvement plans
* Produce strategic briefs, option appraisals, and business cases to inform investment decisions
* Act as a client during the design and delivery of improvement works
* Provide expert advice to the Complex Projects team, feeding into the broader transformation programme
* Liaise with solicitors, regulators, local authorities, and external agencies
We’re looking for someone with:

* Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
* A good understanding of market trends, local community needs, and the wider economic landscape
* Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and external stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for making a positive impact
* Willingness to travel between Torus locations as needed
Interview Process:
