What is the role?


Under the direction of the Senior Policy Officer, (Housing Policy and Strategy), you will provide a support service to people with enduring and complex needs who are living in a community setting using a relationship and strength-based approach.

The Grade of these posts are Grade 2 / Level 5; the hourly rate is from £14.43 to £15.52 and the annual salary is from £26,335 to £28,324. These posts are temporary for 23 months.


Shift Pattern for these posts are:


4 days on shift (8am - 7pm) 4 day off rolling shift pattern. Alternative working patterns can be considered.


This post is considered to be Regulated Work with protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
