Plymouth House Supported Accommodation

Salary - £22,011 per annum/pro rata.

Permanent contract.

14.8 hours per week (will consider secondments/flexible working)

Are you inspired by Young People and their communities? Do you want to help them find their own solutions with the support of quality Youth Work interventions in our new supported accommodation?

Plymouth House is a new accommodation opportunity providing a safe space home for young people to develop trusted relationships with trained and experienced Youth Coaches who are able to listen well and respond accordingly. Our supported accommodation is a place where services come together, with a person-centred focus, to respond to young people in the community in a place they love to call home.

You will have the skills to support the Youth Coach team to build relationships of trust and understanding, whilst responding to a young person’s needs through a trauma-informed lens. Supporting the team to help Young People to make decisions, have their voice heard to build their own plan and engage successfully with employment, education and meaningful occupation opportunities. You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the Youth Coach team, facilitating support work and helping to ensure accommodation is high quality and safe.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 10-minute online Plymouth House introduction at 5pm on 31st January 2025.
Successful applicants will then be invited to Plymouth for a further interview on Thursday 6th February 2025.
