Upholsterers Wanted immediate start LIVERPOOL area
NW Recruitment services are currently seeking an Upholsterers to join our team. The Upholsterers will be responsible upholstering furniture by covering with materials such as leather, fabric, or vinyl.
- Assemble furniture components to prepare for upholstery
- Fabricate and sew upholstery materials to cover furniture pieces
- Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and attaching materials
- Perform heavy lifting of furniture pieces during the upholstery process
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Previous experience in upholstery or a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge for operating hand tools and power tools effectively
- Proficiency in fabricating and sewing upholstery materials
- Ability to lift heavy furniture pieces during the upholstery process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: up to £16.50 per hour for the right person a bench test will take place at interview
