Owen Payne Recruitment have an exciting opportunity available for a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join the OP team in Wolverhampton!
The position of Hospitality Recruitment Consultant is a busy, varied role dealing with temporary and permanent positions across the hospitality sector, for clients such as restaurants, cafes, bars, catering, hotels, event venues etc.
*The successful candidate will have the ability to carry out a full 360 recruitment process, which will include sales*

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience of working within hospitality
• Full computer literacy
• Confidence in business development
• Previous recruitment experience
Key duties will include:
• Screening, resourcing and interviewing candidates
• Creating and posting job advertisements
• Understanding and practicing all relevant recruitment legislation
• Creating and raising profiles
• Business development with current and new clients
• Liaising with and servicing clients and candidates
• Any other duties as necessary for a 360 recruitment role
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8am ‘til 5pm (one nominated day 4.30pm finish), Friday 8am ‘til 3pm
