Job Purpose: Exploitation of Service investment in IT to ensure it is fully utilised, advise on the use of CareFirst in the development of the performance framework, advise and assist officers in the extraction of data from IT systems for research and analysis, ensure quality assurance of the use of the system by the Services ensuring data integrity, and providing support to users in their use of the systems.

Requirements

HND level qualification in a numerate, science or business discipline

Substantial experience of supporting and advising users on the use of IT systems to achieve operational objectives
