What will you be doing as an Installation Coordinator:
Working in a busy office, you will be providing support for installation projects across the UK. Duties will include:
- Co-ordinating with customers regarding installation dates
- Liaising with the production team to ensure project deadlines are met
- Arranging for installation including booking travel and accommodation for engineers and ensuring delivery of all essential components
- Planning travel to sites
- Bookings engineer diaries and planning workload into timetables
- Carrying out customer care calls after installation and resolving any issues
- Booking service contract visits
- Providing some general customer support as needed
- Training engineers to complete essential paperwork
- Ensuring all essential paperwork is in place including DBS checks for engineers
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar Installation Co-ordinator, Service Co-ordinator or Engineer Co-ordinator role or other similar role involving diary planning and diary management of workload
- Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel Outlook and CRM systems
- Confident and assertive with excellent interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure to achieve deadlines
- Customer focused
