Summary
Manpower are recruiting a Contracts Coordinator on a part time basis in NG14!
*Must drive due to location.
Duties to include:
- Preparing delivery notes
- Dealing with customer queries through phone and email
- Dealing with any supplier queries
- Ensure internal systems are updated when required
- Preparing information packs
- Contacting and liaising with clients to agree specifications, delivery and installation dates etc
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, high levels of organisation and have strong administrative and customer service skills.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:45am-5pm with a 45 minute break.
£15, 766.52 per annum
