Summary
Connect Appointments have a new opportunity in East Kilbride for Assembly Operators on a temporary-to-permanent basis!
Working as an Assembly Operator, your duties will include:
- Assembling cladding within a team of two
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
- Completing quality checks and paperwork every day to ensure company standards are met
- Lifting and manual handling of medium weight materials
To be successful in this Assembly Operator role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role or other fast-paced environment, combined with:
- Previous experience with hand tools (such as drills, rivet guns, tapes etc)
- The ability to work overtime
- The ability to read drawings (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills
