About the role

Do you want to manage our professional team of cleaners and shunters, cleaning standards and parking of our fleet of vehicles? Join us as a Presentation Manager, and we'll take your management skills to the next level. For helping keep our fleet on the road, you'll earn a good salary and great benefits (see below).

As the Presentation Manager you will be managing a large team of cleaners to ensure the cleanliness is always maintained on our vehicles & premisses to the highest standard across our 3 Norwich sites, which also includes Kings Lynn.

-Overseeing a team of Presentation Team Members and assist with planning the rota, duty and shift allocations and management of staff.

-Assisting with the internal and external cleaning of buses and depot premises with the use of specialist equipment and chemicals

-Assist with fuelling, oiling, watering, shunting, and the parking of vehicles

-Complete cleaning records, cover shifts, quality control audits on cleaners, vehicles and premisses.

-Working to targets and KPI's to improve standards

-Making sure our EV fleet is charged and our buses are fuelled each night ready for service

-To adhere to the Health and Safety at work policy, ensuring protective clothing is used properly at all times and appropriate practices and procedures are always followed



We'll provide your overalls and all the tools and equipment needed.

Salary: £38,135.68

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 17:00-01:00

About you

-Must have a minimum of 12 months cleaning supervisory experience of managing staff.

-Must be a UK resident.

-Must have experience of using heavy duty cleaning machinery and chemicals.

-COSH/IOSH past training experience would be advantageous, but not essential; we will provide H&S training.

-Must possess a full driving licence
