Summary
As a Business Development and Projects Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence within the wedding and events market and expanding our e-commerce platform to drive online floral sales.
This is a hands-on position requiring a blend of creativity, project management, and strategic thinking. From onboarding clients to executing stunning events and managing our digital platforms, you’ll be involved every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
•Lead Projects: Manage the end-to-end delivery of weddings and events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
•Drive Digital Growth: Oversee and optimise the company’s website, e-commerce platform, and social media to grow online floral sales and enhance customer experience.
•Develop Strategies: Create impactful sales and marketing strategies to grow the company’s brand and revenue, including promotional campaigns and upselling opportunities.
•Collaborate Creatively: Work closely with our talented floristry team to deliver bespoke designs that exceed expectations.
•Build Relationships: Strengthen partnerships with venues, suppliers, and event planners while developing new client opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
•A background in project management, with at least 2 years of experience.
•Floristry training or equivalent industry experience.
•Proven ability to manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital campaigns.
•A creative mindset with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
•Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
