Summary

This is a great time to join a world leading regulator currently delivering an exciting digital transformation programme. You will become a valued member of a busy but growing IT and Digital department , providing proactive administrative support to the team, as well as administering the department’s supplier contracts.

Candidate Requirements
A collaborative team player who enjoys a varied role
An understanding of contract management/administration.
A polite and friendly manner with good telephone and written communication skills with excellent customer service skills
Good IT skills, with strong working experience of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
Previous experience of working as a team administrator or accounting clerk / finance assistant
Analytical skills: the ability to think critically, research and solve problems
A focus on accuracy, attention to detail and strong time-management skills
A team player, keen to collaborate and work within the IT team and organisation to complete tasks and improve processes.
Knowledge of IT processes an advantage but not essential
