Summary
Service Manager - Supported Accommodation (Luton)
We're seeking an experienced leader to manage and deliver high-quality support in our supported accommodation/residential setting.
Details:- Pay: £34,500/year.
- Schedule: 39 hours/week, hybrid (3 office days, 2 remote).
- Contract: Full-time, 12 months.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring outcomes and KPIs are met.
- Oversee staff performance, inductions, and daily rotas.
- Build and maintain strong networks and partnerships.
- 2+ years managing residential settings and working with homeless individuals.
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
- Full, clean driving license and own vehicle.
