This role supports compliance by ensuring data integrity and providing precise operational insights, facilitating Fit and Proper compliance for the organization.
This role offers you an exciting opportunity to actively participate in Fit and Proper forums to discuss challenges.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will provide SME guidance to the Fit and Proper team in resolving complex or unfamiliar data issues, ensuring quality and accuracy in reporting.
As a Business Analyst in Regulatory Data you will respond promptly to ad hoc data requests from the Operations team to support Fit and Proper compliance. You will:

• Have strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Be proficient in Excel and skilled in data manipulation to manage, analyze, and report data accurately.
• Have the ability to interpret system data flows and work within the organization’s data architecture.
• Be capable of strategic problem-solving and making informed decisions to maintain data quality.
• Have proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute effectively to team goals.
• Be competent in general computer skills to manage databases, spreadsheets, and data reporting tools.
