We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;

· James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)

· Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)

· The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

The MIS System Lead key responsibilities will be for:

· Leading the deployment, configuration, and management of the MEDITECH EPR system across the NHS Trust, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows and patient care processes.

· Ensuring that the MEDITECH system is fully integrated with other IT systems, such as laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology systems, for seamless data sharing and communication.

· Overseeing the planning and execution of system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain system stability, security, and functionality.

· Leading a team of MIS analysts to ensure all required activities are prioritised, planned, and delivered within the expected timeframes.

· Ensuring any risks to delivery/deployment are documented appropriately and delivered in a timely fashion to make sure the risk is managed correctly.
