Summary
Handyperson/Fabric Engineer
Randstad C&P are recruiting for a versatile Handyperson/Fabric Engineer to join our clients Facilities Management (FM) team, focusing on building fabric maintenance and minor repairs.
● Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (Depending on experience and skill set)
● Hours: 40 hours per week
● Key Responsibilities:
○ Perform planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric, including doors, windows, tiling, and minor repairs.
○ Conduct general handyman tasks, ensuring buildings remain functional and safe.
○ Liaise with the team to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
● Qualifications:
○ Proven experience in a similar role within FM or property maintenance.
○ Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general repair skills.
○ NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (Desirable)
