Salary - £60,000 - 65,000 plus car allowance (depending on experience)
Covering - Derbyshire and South Yorkshire
I have an exciting opportunity for an established Operations Manager to join a specialist home care provider overseeing 4 sites across East Midlands and South Yorkshire

About the role as Operations Manager
• You will have full autonomy to manage the branches and manage your own diary
• Ensure that each branch is running with care and compassion whilst maintaining CQC standards
• Ensure the profitability of each branch
• Liaise with local authority and other external bodies
• Over 20 years' experience supporting people with complex care needs
• Provide a supportive and enriching work environment
• Promote hard work yet offer a worklife balance
